Crowley’s Bid For Governor, City Budget Time, and Movie Theaters Revival
Milwaukee County Executive David Crowley has gotten back in the Democratic primary for Wisconsin Governor. Host Bianca Martin and executive producer Hayley Sperling chat about what might have inspired his reentry to the race, what other candidates are saying, and what Gov. Tony Ever’s endorsement means for this already crowded primary. Then City Finance Director Dave Schmiedicke comes on the show to share what is going on with the budget, the decision to ask departments to cut their budget by 2%, and what the city is prioritizing.
