Now you can learn to make them for yourself with Chef Francesco Mangano’s new cookbook, The Osteria Papavero Cookbook: Recipes from the Italian Shack and Beyond. Written with Lindsay Christians, it’s chock full of stories from Francesco’s childhood, family recipes and gorgeous photos.
