School Shooting Updates, Alder Charged with 8 Felonies, and What’s Next For Madison’s Ice Rinks?

Charles Myadze was arrested last week and on Monday was charged with eight felonies related to domestic abuse. And finally, is it safe to step out onto Madison’s frozen lakes?
