One of Madison’s most iconic restaurants is celebrating a huge milestone this year. L’Etoile is turning 50! The boundary-pushing farm-to-table restaurant has served as a launching pad for some of Madison’s most accomplished chefs. So what’s the secret sauce that makes this place so special? Today, host Bianca Martin chats with L’Etoile founder Odessa Piper and current chef and owner Tory Miller to find out.
